The TurboTrace PFC is a fully automated solid phase extraction (SPE) system specifically engineered for PFAS and other perfluorinated compounds from wastewater. With the ability to run up to 8 samples simultaneously, the system guarantees consistent, reproducible results while eliminating the need for sample reruns.
As a closed system, it incorporates a vacuum or positive pressure pump to load samples in compliance with all SPE methods, ensuring high efficiency in the solid phase extraction of PFAS. The system uses precise positive pressure pumping to condition, wash, and elute solvents accurately. It is engineered to isolate analytes from various solid and liquid matrices, including urine, blood, water, milk, beverages, meat, soil, and more.
Sample sizes range from 2 mL to unlimited and can be processed directly from the original collection bottle. With programmable sample loading rates, the TurboTrace PFC SPE system easily handles both clean and harsh sample matrices. The integrated liquid sensor detects when samples are fully loaded, triggering the next automated steps.
